Our custom leather patches are designed and created here in Lewiston, Idaho. Each patch is made of top-grain leather. Our chestnut moon patches are commercial heat-pressed onto our favorite hats.
Our hats are made to order, and the placement of each patch may vary slightly.
The Hat
- Size: One Size Fits Most
- Fit: Adjustable Snapback
- Richardson 112 Snapback back trucker cap with our Malard design
- Cotton-Poly/Nylon-Mesh material with pre-curved visor
- Nine colors to choose from: Heather/Black, Solid Black, Pink/Black, Black/Charcoal, Black/White, Loden, Loden/Black, Charcoal/Black, Charcoal/White.
Hat Care
Gently wash your hat by hand using warm water. Your hat patch will weather nicely, but it's not made to go through the washing machine. The sweatband can be pulled out of the hat for easy access. Hats can be ironed gently with steam if supported from the inside. Use a cotton t-shirt between the iron and hat to prevent creases and wrinkles.

We are a small shop in Lewiston Idaho, the gateway to Hells Canyon, The Lewis and Clark Trail, and the Nez Perce and Clearwater Forests. Airplanes, Jet Boats, Fishing, Hunting, the outdoor recreational opportunities are unlimited. When you buy from us you are buying the whole experience. Heat pressed patches
Our patches stay stuck. Heat pressing is a great way to get creative with the shape of your patches. We use an industrial heat seal and attach the patches with heat and pressure.
This is the method we use to attach our own fun Bigfoot and other laser cut designs.
These patches do stand the test of time however do have a few limitations as far as water goes. They stand up to hard physical activity just fine, a quick dip in the river, creek or pool is no problem.
We do not recommend putting these hats in the washer and dryer.
