Ordering INFORMATION

The shop is at 1024 Bryden #10. 

Our standard turn-around time from order to shipping is 10 business days. We keep a good inventory on hand, but may only have a few of some items. If your order might take a bit longer we will keep you informed. If your considering a larger order please contact us and we can generally get items here in 5-7 days to begin the process.

For custom hat orders we have a minimum order that covers artwork. Custom tumblers of a dozen or more will have no art work charge. Converting artwork to vector graphics typically costs $20.00 if needed

 We use digital Vector files. EPS, PDF, and ai files are the best. We can easily have your bitmap logo picture or logo converted for use. Conversion work is sourced out usually runs $20-$45 and is done the next day.

We love wholesale orders. We have very competitive pricing on large orders. Please contact us for a quote!

We can mark some metal using a product that fuses to the metal. We don't have a Fibre Laser which is needed to engrave into metal. Give us a call with what you have and we will let you know what we can do.

If your the Seahawks owner then you bet we can! If not we can't do it. If its a local school we probably can we just need to touch base for permission. NFL, NBA, Pac-10, Pac-12 are all licensed products, we aren't a big enough company yet>

We have two option available. Commercial Heat Seal and stitching. We default to Heat Seal if you would rather have your patch stitched let us know. Stitching is only available on standard shaped patches.

We do not offer returns in the event you are unhappy with the hats after approval. However, we do offer some replacement options if something happens, if your product does not meet our standards or is incorrect. We approach refunds and replacements on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us with any questions.

You can, however, we will have to charge a restocking fee since we order hats for your projects shortly after you pay. 

We cannot send you blank hats due to the hat manufacturers’ restrictions. We recommend trying to find the hat on Amazon if you are only interested in a blank hat. If you have any questions about the fit or color of a specific hat, please ask your designer.



While all of our designing, finish work, engraving, hat pressing and shipping takes place in Lewiston, Idaho, we do source materials from all over the world in order to find the best, and highest quality products on the market. 

We do not offer refunds. Everything we make is custom made and as soon as you pay your invoice we order all the materials required to create your project. Your pieces are one of kind, made to order, and by accepting your order with us, we commit to producing your entire project. If there are errors with your order, we are always happy to make things right; these issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
