These hats were commissioned as a tribute to Tom Hayes by Brandon Straub. Hells Canyon Designs is honored to make them, and this listing will help Tom's friends grab one for themselves and take the load off of Brandon.
Place your order, and we will make and ship your hats to your door. APO Boxes allow a little extra time.
The hats are a YP Classics 6606MC Black Multicam. They are a snapback, and one size fits most heads.
The Black leather patch is sewn on the hat, and an American flag in Black and White is embroidered on the right side.
Our hats are made to order, and the placement of each patch and flag may vary slightly.
The Hat

- Cotton-Poly/Nylon-Mesh material with pre-curved visor
- Hat Care
Gently wash your hat by hand using warm water. Your hat patch will weather nicely, but it's not made to go through the washing machine. The sweatband can be pulled out of the hat for easy access. Hats can be ironed gently with steam if supported from the inside. Use a cotton t-shirt between the iron and hat to prevent creases and wrinkles.

Heat pressed patches
Our patches stay stuck. Heat pressing is a great way to get creative with the shape of your patches. We use an industrial heat seal and attach the patches with heat and pressure.
This is the method we use to attach our own fun Bigfoot and other laser cut designs.
These patches do stand the test of time however do have a few limitations as far as water goes. They stand up to hard physical activity just fine, a quick dip in the river, creek or pool is no problem.
We do not recommend putting these hats in the washer and dryer.

Jason bought his hat from me last year. He is a member of a Helitack crew that I fly around in the summer. It was all I could do to pry this hat off him for a quick picture.
