Wear it to dinner or in the mountains. This River Elk Patch hat is captured in a great Oval design and is one of our best sellers. This Elk Crossing the river design was cut from top-grain leather here in Idaho and the design shows who you are and what you're about
The River Elk Patch Hat is perfect for the avid Elk or sheds hunter. It adapts to any event, such as outdoor activities, sporting events, and can also be worn for daily use
Hand-wash your hat with warm water a gentle wiping action. Your hat patch will weather nicely, but it's not made to go through the washer. The sweatband can be pulled out of the hat for easy access. Hats can be ironed gently with steam if supported from the inside. Use a cotton t-shirt between the iron and hat to prevent creases and wrinkles
We are a small shop in Lewiston Idaho, the gateway to Hells Canyon, The Lewis and Clark Trail, and the Nez Perce and Clearwater Forests. Airplanes, Jet Boats, Fishing, Hunting, the outdoor recreational opportunities are unlimited. When you buy from us you are buying the whole experience. Our patches stay stuck. Heat pressing is a great way to get creative with the shape of your patches. We use an industrial heat seal and attach the patches with heat and pressure.
This is the method we use to attach our own fun Bigfoot and other laser cut designs.
These patches do stand the test of time however do have a few limitations as far as water goes. They stand up to hard physical activity just fine, a quick dip in the river, creek or pool is no problem.
We do not recommend putting these hats in the washer and dryer.
Jason bought his hat from me last year. He is a member of a Helitack crew that I fly around in the summer. It was all I could do to pry this hat off him for a quick picture. He has a brand new one on the shelf, but this is the one I see him wearing. We are pretty confident when you grab one of our hats it will look like this one day.
When I say we are a small company I mean it. Mostly it has been my Golden retriever Kirby and I. We now have Alex who is making us look cool on TikTok and designs some really great Leather Patches. We are training up our newest team member Rikiyah on sewing patches and all the other things we do
