We can make the usual but give us a chance and see what we come up with. Our patches are cut from top-grain leather here in Idaho, and the design can represent your own unique style.

Heat pressed patches
Our patches stay stuck. Heat pressing is a great way to get creative with the shape of your patches. We use an industrial heat seal and attach the patches with heat and pressure.
This is the method we use to attach our own fun Bigfoot and other laser cut designs.
These patches do stand the test of time however do have a few limitations as far as water goes. They stand up to hard physical activity just fine, a quick dip in the river, creek or pool is no problem.
We do not recommend putting these hats in the washer and dryer.

Jason bought his hat from me last year. He is a member of a Helitack crew that I fly around in the summer. It was all I could do to pry this hat off him for a quick picture.
