SEWN ON LEATHER PATCH OPTION

Ok, after a year of knuckle-busting, not a little swearing, and perseverance, we have started sewing patches on hats. I have always loved the look of a sewn patch on a leather patch hat. I had no idea how difficult it was to do. I tried using a local upholstery shop to attach them. It was difficult for them as well. So after research, we bought our own industrial machine and figured it out.

It's tedious but makes a great compliment to some of our designs. We will continue to use our Hat Press for our laser cut designs and both options make a great leather patch hat!
